80's Guy Gif

So I wanted to create a seamless GIF, and this is my first attempt.

While designing the lighting in the image I wanted it to seem night-time while adding bright colours. So, I added a moving train which has neon lights which reflects onto the characters face creating the brighter light I desired.
To create this image, I used PaintTool SAI, Photoshop and Premiere.
(This is a grown-up version of the 80’s Cyborg guy as he has more of a shaved head and a beard)
