80's Cyborg guy again

I find cyborgs and cybernetic limbs to be fascinating, so I created this character that suits both.
To give attention to the face I added small wires and dots around the face, I designed this so if the character had a visor on it looks like connectors. With this character being a fighter housing mechanical hands, I gave him veins that pop out around the arms to make him look steroid in strength.
My vision for this character was for him to be strong and buff but still have a charming attitude in him facials. His clothing are shades of browns and greys to contrast against the neon blue tubes and his navy coloured hair.
